Cloud Transformation

YITs supported an international logistics company based in Austria in the design and implementation of a data center carveout. In this project, the preparation of outsourcing versus cloud and the conception for the transformation to the preferred cloud solution were particularly relevant.

YITs began the project with an in-depth analysis of the client’s IT infrastructure to develop a deep understanding of the existing environment. Based on this analysis, the yITs team created a concept for the data center carveout that focused on the customer’s preferred cloud solution. They discussed advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing versus the cloud and made corresponding recommendations.

YITs worked closely with the client to ensure the concept met the needs of the business. The yITs team also supported the customer in implementing the carveout and ensured that the transformation to the preferred cloud solution went smoothly.
